He was released from Chittagong Central Jail yesterday evening. Senior Jail Superintendent of Chittagong Central Jail. Manjur Hossain confirmed this information and said that he was released after receiving bail documents in two cases of Fatikchari police station from the Chittagong court and verifying them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to court sources, there were a total of 36 cases against Nashir in various police stations of Chittagong, including Fatikchari, on various charges, including murder. Out of this, he was acquitted in 31 cases. Although sentenced in two cases, they have completed their sentences as they were in prison. He was already on bail in one of the remaining three cases. Recently, he got bail in two other cases. Court sources also said that Nashir was in jail since April 9, 1998. He was released from prison after 26 long years. Sources also said that Nashir came to the discussion in the nineties. In April 1998, the police arrested Nashir from a hostel at Chittagong College.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, our Fatikchari representative said that Nashir returned to his home village with a fleet of around 100 cars after his release. Hundreds of supporters gathered at his house.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When asked to know, Shibir Nashir said, &#8216;No one knew the way oppression and torture were going on in the country. Common people&#8217;s rights have been taken away. In this anger, the students explained that no one in the world can stand with us. The time I have gone will not come back; I will try to spend the remaining time well. Since I have done politics and so much time has passed behind it, now I will ask for it again. But it is not for me; I want it for those who like and support me. Everyone knows what the government has done after coming to power; everyone is also watching where they stand today. The sun that Mujibur Rahman has risen has sunk after receiving Sheikh Hasina. Only the youth can reform the country because they have no back; we will do as they want; we have no say here.
