Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina presided over the meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Secretary of the Cabinet in the briefing at the secretariat in the afternoon. Mahbub Hossain confirmed this information to reporters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He said that a report was presented by the Home Minister in the cabinet meeting, which led to the anti-quota movement. Other ministers also presented detailed information on their behalf. After reviewing the information there, the Cabinet took two decisions. One is to accept a condolence proposal for those who were killed in this movement. That proposal has been formally taken up. And the second one that has been done, tomorrow will be mourning across the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He further said that the black batch will be held as part of mourning. Prayers will be offered in mosques, temples, churches, and pagodas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The continuous movement of students to demand quota reforms started on July 1. On July 15, after the clashes surrounding the students&#8217; movement in Dhaka University, protests spread almost all over the country.
