On Sunday, June 2, at around 11:00 a.m., the police recovered their bodies from the Wish Residential Hotel in the Banani area of Bogra town.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The arrested army member, Azizul Haque, is the son of Hamidul Haque of Heutnagar village in Dhunat upazila of Bogra. He is working in Chittagong cantonment as an army member. His wife, Ashamani, is the daughter of Asadul Islam of Naruli Talpatti area of Bogra town.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rabiul Islam, Manager of Wisha Residential Hotel, said that around 9 p.m. on Saturday, Azizul hired room number 301 of the hotel by identifying himself as Miraj, his wife Tama, and their house as Pirganj in Rangpur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Azizul Haque wants to pay the rent as he will release the room on Sunday (June 2) around 10:30 a.m. At that time, the manager of the hotel asked where his wife and children were, and he said that they had left in the morning. At that time, when the manager asked to check the room, Azizul Haq confessed to killing his wife and children, and the hotel manager arrested him and reported it to the police station.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, Ashamani&#8217;s father, Asadul, said that his daughter got married to Azizul Haque three years ago. A girl lives in her father&#8217;s house even before she gives birth. A son-in-law comes home for two months of leave. He was supposed to leave for work on Sunday. Son-in-law Azizul came to the in-laws&#8217; home in Naruli on Thursday. After staying there for two days, on Saturday afternoon he went out with his wife and children to the market in the city. Azizul Haque called his father-in-law at around 10:00 p.m. and told him that around 8:00 p.m. he gave his wife and children to the rickshaw to go to Naruli. His wife&#8217;s phone has been switched off after some time. On the next Sunday morning, he arranged to search the city for his daughter, and when he went to the Sadar police station to report, he got the news that the dead bodies of the mother and child were recovered from the hotel in Banani.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, after the police reached the hotel and took army member Azizul Haque into custody, he confessed to the police about killing his wife and children.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bogra Sadar Circle Additional Superintendent of Police Sarafat Islam said Azizul killed his wife and children at any time of the night. After killing them, he packed the bodies and kept them in the bathroom of the room, cut off the son&#8217;s head, and threw them in the Karatowa River in the morning. A police team started searching the river along with Azizul to recover the head.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He also said that a ram and a knife used in the killing were recovered from the room.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bogra Superintendent of Police Sudeep Kumar Chakraborty said that after visiting the scene, it seems that Azizul Haque killed his wife and children in a pre-planned manner. In the initial interrogation, Azizul Haque said that he killed his wife and children due to marital discord.
