Father Habib Ullah said, &#8216;My two daughters are in Dhaka; the elder daughter is a teacher at a private university. Home beside us. They stand by in adversity. On the other hand, the son&#8217;s wife talks every week, gets paid twice a month, and sends money both times. Qurbani Eid, Zakat, and Fetra money also come on time. Being a nuclear family, the daycare takes care of the children throughout the day. Be it positive or negative, many times the need for old homes or old age homes cannot be denied\u2014a fact that today, May 15, is celebrated as International Family Day. According to the concerned scholars, there is no denying that the role of social institutions and their responsibilities are also changing due to the changes in the way of life in the context of time. So he settled in an old people&#8217;s home in Dhaka. Khatib Abdul Zahid Mukul, the founder of the country&#8217;s first home for the elderly, said, &#8220;80\u201390 percent of the elderly leave because they can&#8217;t bear the neglect of their families.&#8221; And on the other hand, the cost of living is so high now that a girl or a boy can&#8217;t earn a salary of 20 or 30 thousand rupees and maintain a family with a higher house rent for their parents. Maybe there is no opportunity to check good or bad by looking, but good companies also maintain good product quality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keeping up with the times to avoid conflict: Dhaka University&#8217;s social welfare and research institute associate professor and social and crime expert Dr. Touhidul Haque thinks that people&#8217;s busyness, location in different places due to work, and the change of attitude towards people&#8217;s sense of responsibility towards people in modern times are affecting people in many ways. When people&#8217;s economic and positional changes are combined with capitalist views and opinions, the spheres of human collective responsibility change. People have to rely on institutions. This dependency refers to the role and positional transformation of people in the context of time. Although there is an opportunity to judge and analyze in various ways, in changing times, social institutions and people have to change and determine the areas and distribution of opportunities to maintain their relational stability. Otherwise, there will be a crisis of mutual blame, violent attitudes, emotional complications, and role-playing expectations, which will push society towards instability. In the developed world, the institutional framework for the care of the elderly and children is responsible for maintaining professionalism. Global should follow this situation.
