This information is known according to a letter issued on April 25, signed by Deputy Director Md. Zakir Hossain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the investigation, on August 5, 2023, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (LA) exercised his power as the president of the madrasa and illegally appointed the vice principal, Mohammad Siraj Uddin, as the principal with the teachers&#8217; representatives and working in the madrasa. This appointment is illegal and rejected by the elected members of the governing body as it does not have consent or approval. The students, the elected members of the governing body, and the residents formed a human chain in front of the madrasa on Saturday morning of August 12 that year, strongly condemning this appointment through corruption and disregarding the rules.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then on August 29, when the vice president of the governing body, Mohammad Nurul Islam, complained to Mashiah, the Directorate of Madrasa Education directed the Chittagong District Commissioner to investigate the matter. Based on the complaint, the investigation officer under the Deputy Commissioner submitted a report on behalf of the principal on March 12. Later, on March 17, Vice President Mohammad Nurul Islam again filed a complaint with the Additional Secretary (Madrasa), Technical and Madrasa Education Department, Ministry of Education, for canceling the appointment of the principal illegally. On April 25, as per the instructions of all the departments, after further investigation, the allegations were proven beyond doubt, and after verifying the evidence submitted by the complainants, he canceled the appointment as principal illegally or irregularly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mohammad Siraj Uddin, who was appointed, was informed on August 5, 2023 AD.
