The Somali police and international navy are also preparing to launch the operation. KSRM, a company owned by MV Abdullah, strongly opposed the forcible intervention. This was reported by Reuters in a report.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reports say that a senior official of KSRM, a company owned by MV Abdullah, opposed the &#8216;forced&#8217; rescue operation. He strongly opposed forced intervention in the situation. They want to solve this crisis through compromise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He said that the lives of the sailors may be at risk, so the Bangladesh government has strongly requested the concerned navies not to intervene forcefully.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, the government and the owners did not agree to the proposal to think about the safety of the sailors&#8217; lives, said Khurshed Alam, secretary of the Maritime Affairs Unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking on a private television talk show, the retired rear admiral said, &#8220;Because of the risk of casualties here, we, and especially the owners, are saying, &#8216;No, we will resolve it peacefully the way it has been resolved in the past.&#8217; We are moving in that direction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mizanul Islam, media focal person of Kabir Group, the parent company of SR Shipping and the owner of MV Abdullah, also said the same.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Indian Navy rescued another cargo ship on Saturday. The Maltese-flagged MV Rouen was hijacked last December. Indian troops freed 17 of its crew and arrested 35 pirates. Puntland is a semi-autonomous region of Somalia, home to many pirate groups. Police forces in the area said they had learned of a plan for an international naval operation against pirates who had seized the MV Abdullah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier, on March 12, MV Abdullah was captured by Somali pirates in the Indian Ocean on its way to the United Arab Emirates with 55,000 tons of coal from Mozambique. Pirates take control of the ship and take all 23 sailors hostage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After the ship fell into the hands of pirates, there were reports of the European Navy&#8217;s Operation Atalanta and the Indian Navy&#8217;s surveillance of it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The owners are unable to find a way to get the hostages out of the ship, even though they have been in contact with them. They are also trying to communicate with the bandits through various means.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On March 12, MV Abdullah was captured by Somali pirates in the Indian Ocean.
