During the visit, the army chief said that the expansion and modernization of the Bangladesh Army is a timely step in the light of Forces Goal-2030 formulated under the direction of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to realize the unfinished dream of the father of the nation. In continuation of this, the firing of 35 mm twin barrel anti-aircraft gun system with 12 km range capacity was held today for the first time. A memorable event in the history of Bangladesh Army. The gun system is capable of accurately hitting ground and air targets at a distance of four kilometers.<\/p>\n
