Eight people, including a Rohingya woman and a child, were burned. Deceased Mohammad Russell (4), son of Azizul Haque of Bhasanchar Rohingya camp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He died on the way to Chittagong for advanced treatment at the 250-bed Noakhali General Hospital on Saturday (February 24) evening. Earlier, on the same day, at around 8:30 a.m., the accident occurred while emptying the gas cylinder in cluster number 81 of the Rohingya camp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The injured are Mobaswera (3), daughter of Sofi Alam of that cluster; Bashir Uliah (15), son of Abdul Hakim; Rashida (3), daughter of Abdur Shukkur; Zobayda (11), daughter of Azizul Haque; Amena Khatun (24); Safi (12), son of Mohammad Taib; Sophie Alam&#8217;s son Rabiul (5); and Azizul Haque&#8217;s son Sohail (5).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After investigation, it is known that a private organization has been supplying cylinders filled with gas to the Rohingya camp. When the supplied cylinder runs out of gas, the company supplies refilled gas cylinders. On Saturday morning, Sofi Alam opened the mouth of the gas cylinder to remove the gas from the old cylinder in the desire to get a new gas cylinder before the gas in his used gas cylinder ran out. Meanwhile, the gas caught fire from the fire in the kitchen next door. At one point, the gas cylinder exploded with a loud noise. Meanwhile, nine people, including five children, were injured while playing on the balcony of the camp. Later, other Rohingyas came forward and brought the fire under control. Later, the burned victims were rescued and admitted to Noakhali General Hospital. 7 of them were sent to Chittagong Medical for better treatment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Noakhali Superintendent of Police (SP) Mohammad Asaduzzaman confirmed the death of the child and said that seven people, including the dead child, were being taken from the 250-bed Noakhali General Hospital to Chittagong Medical Center for advanced treatment.
