This mother and daughter were killed due to a family dispute over the boundary of the house. This tragic incident took place in Durgapur village of Jalalabad Union of Gopalganj Sadar Upazila on Sunday (February 18) around 7 p.m..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, the younger sister of the deceased student was also injured in the uncle&#8217;s attack. The incident has cast a shadow of mourning over the area. The deceased are the daughter and wife of Tuku Mia, a farmer in that village. The deceased Lamiya Khalia was giving the SSC examination for 2024 at the United Academy. His mother, Beauty Begum, is a housewife. Antara (12), who was injured in the incident, was admitted to the Gopalganj 250-bed general hospital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SI Almas Al Razi of Gopalganj Sadar police station said that the police have started an operation to arrest those involved in the incident.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the witness, the police said that there was a dispute between elder brother Harun Mia and Maj Bhai Tuku Mia about the boundary of the house. On Sunday evening, Tuku Mia&#8217;s daughter, SSC candidate Lamia, was standing on the boundary of the house talking on her mobile phone. Then the elder uncle, Harun Mia, asked Lamia to move away from that place. There is a discussion between them. Then Lamia&#8217;s mother, Beauty Begum, and younger sister, Antara, went to the spot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At one point, uncle Harun Mia got excited and attacked Lamia and her mother, Beauty Begum, with a native sharp weapon, and they fell to the ground. Lamia and her mother died on the spot due to heavy bleeding. When Antara tries to stop him, he gets angry. Later, the locals took the injured to the Gopalganj 250-bed general hospital.
