The Crime Desk:<\/strong> Shamima Harun Lubna, the general secretary of the South District Women’s Awami League, and Dilawa Yusuf, the president of the North District Women’s Awami League, got the nomination of the ruling Awami League along with Ataur Rahman Khan’s daughter Wasika Ayesha Khan from Chittagong for the reserved women’s seat in the 12th National Assembly elections.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday (February 14) afternoon, the party’s general secretary Obaidul Quader read out the names of the final 48 women candidates at a press conference.<\/p>\n

Former presidium member of the Awami League, Wasika Ayesha Khan, daughter of liberation war organizer Ataur Rahman Khan Kaiser, holds the post of finance and planning secretary of the Awami League. Served as President of the Standing Committee on the Ministry of Power and Energy. The people of the south think that he is getting a place in the cabinet this time.<\/p>\n

Shamima Harun Lubna Chittagong South District Women Awami League General Secretary. His father, Abdullah Al Harun, is a language soldier on the one hand and one of the organizers of the liberation war. His father’s house in Raujan, Chittagong, and his in-laws’ house in the south.<\/p>\n

Dilowa Yusuf Chittagong is the North District Women’s Awami League President. He is a member of the reserved ward of Chittagong Zilla Parishad.
