Leaders and ministers of Kejriwal&#8217;s party, the Aam Aadmi Party (UP), are demanding the possibility of his arrest on Thursday morning (December 4). According to UP sources, their team is ready to face any situation. Even if Kejriwal is arrested, the leaders and activists are ready to handle all political storms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Ex-Kejriwal cabinet member Atishi Marlena claimed through her social media on Wednesday night that the ED would arrest Kejriwal after searching his house on Thursday morning. Within minutes, AAP leaders Saurabh Bharadwaj, Jasmin Shah, and Sandeep Pathak tweeted almost the same statement. Among the AAP leaders, Jasmine ED was quoted as saying that Kejriwal may be arrested. However, according to sources in the Central Investigation Agency, they still have no information about Kejriwal&#8217;s arrest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Earlier, the ED summoned Kejriwal three times in connection with the Delhi Excise corruption probe. But every time, this Delhi Chief Minister avoided the questioning. ED issued summons against him on December 22. However, Kejrial said in the morning that he is not facing the ED. He also told ED the reason why he did not come.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Earlier, ED summoned the Chief Minister on November 2 and December 21. But he did not respond to those summonses. Meanwhile, on December 21, Arvind said he could not go for his yoga practice. Before that, Kejriwal went to campaign in Madhya Pradesh in November. AAP has said that the ED is calling Kejriwal repeatedly due to political vendettas. Not only that, the summons issued by the ED to Kejriwal is also not legally valid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Arvind Kejriwal said in his reply to the ED on Wednesday, &#8220;The ED&#8217;s summons sent to me is illegal. I am ready to provide any help in the investigation. I also agree to respond to all legally valid summonses.
