International desk:<\/strong> The United States has announced the approval of the sale of 14 billion 75 million US dollars to Israel. The approval was granted on Friday without congressional review, citing an emergency. News from AFP.<\/p>\n

The United States took such action at Israel’s request, the country’s Defense Security Cooperation Agency said in a statement. It said Congressional review had been ignored because the US Secretary of State had confirmed the need for immediate arms sales to the government of Israel due to an emergency.<\/p>\n

The statement added that the weapons will be supplied from the stockpiles of the US Army. Israel will use these weapons to strengthen its own defense capabilities, including countering regional threats. A year ago, at the beginning of this month, the United States delivered 14,000 tank shells to Israel on an emergency basis.<\/p>\n

Hamas launched a surprise attack on Israel on October 7. Immediately after this, Israel started indiscriminate bombing and attacks on Gaza. On Friday, the Ministry of Health of Gaza said that the number of dead in Gaza has increased to 21,507 so far due to Israeli attacks. It is also said that 187 people have been killed in the last 24 hours. In addition, the number of wounded in Gaza in the Israeli attack exceeded 55 thousand.<\/p>\n

And the United Nations has said that Israeli forces have entered the center of Gaza. About one and a half million Palestinians are forced to flee from there.
