The constituencies include Hathazari and Boalkhali constituencies in Chittagong.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">After the agreement on the seats for the election in alliance with the Jatiya Party, a letter signed by the President of Bangladesh, Awami League, and the President of the Nomination Board of Awami League, Sheikh Hasina, was informed by the Secretary of the Election Commission about the withdrawal of the nomination of the candidates of the Awami League in the seats that were left to the Jatiya Party. . Through this letter, the nomination of Awami League candidates in 26 constituencies across the country, including Hathazari and Boalkhali constituencies in Chittagong, was withdrawn. Earlier, the Awami League had given party nominations to Chittagong North District Awami League President MA Salam for the Chittagong-5 (Hathazari) seat. On the other hand, the Awami League party nominated Noman Al Mahmud, the current Member of Parliament for Chittagong-8 Constituency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">The nomination of 26 candidates for the Awami League was withdrawn through a letter sent to the Election Commission from the center of the Awami League. Awami League&#8217;s candidate MA Salam in Chittagong-5 Hathazari constituency and Noman Al Mahmud, the current member of parliament of Awami League in Chittagong-8 (Boalkhali) constituency, were burned in this.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">The Awami League has given support to Jatiya Party candidate and current member of parliament Barrister Anisul Islam Mahmud in Hathazari in place of MA Salam. On the other hand, Jatiya Party candidate Solaiman Alam Seth has been supported in place of Noman Al Mahmud in the Chittagong-8 Boalkhali-Chandgaon seat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, the nomination papers of Awami League candidate MA Salam in Chittagong-5 (Hathazari) constituency have been withdrawn, but another independent candidate of the Awami League, former president of the Chittagong University Chhatra League, Mohammad Shahjahan Chowdhury, has remained in the election field. Barrister Anisul Islam Mahmud (National Party) may come under pressure from independent candidate Mohammad Shahajan Chowdhury at the last moment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, Awami League&#8217;s candidate Noman Al Mahmud&#8217;s nomination papers have been withdrawn in the Chittagong-8 seat, but Awami League&#8217;s heavyweight independent candidate, city Awami League treasurer and former CDA chairman Abduch Chalam, is in the election field.
