So Jamaat will not be able to conduct any kind of political activity today. No procession can hold a meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">On Sunday (November 19), after the order of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, the petitioner&#8217;s lawyer, Barrister Tanya Amir, told reporters these things.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">He said, &#8220;Now if the Jamaat conducts any kind of political activity, we will go to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court with a petition for contempt of court.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">On Sunday, a five-member Appellate Division bench led by the Chief Justice rejected the Jamaat&#8217;s appeal. In legal terms, it is called &#8216;dismissal for default&#8217;. As a result, the High Court&#8217;s decision to cancel the registration of Jamaat is upheld, the lawyers said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Senior lawyers Tania Amir and Ahsanul Karim were present in court today for the application hearing. Senior lawyer Barrister M. Amir Ul Islam was present on the occasion. Jamaat-e-Islami&#8217;s lawyer, AJ Muhammad Ali, was in the hearing, as was Md.
