He will address the chief guest at the departmental public meeting organized by the Khulna Metropolitan and District Awami League at the historic circuit house grounds of Khulna at 3 p.m. Before this, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for various development projects in Khulna district.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Khulna, the industrial, port, and departmental city, is in a festive mood with the arrival of the Prime Minister. More than two hundred pylons have been constructed on every road in the city, and colorful banners, festoons, billboards, and placards are adorning every corner. At the Abahani Krirachakra end of the circuit house grounds, a vast stage of 90 feet in length and 40 feet in width has been built in the pattern of boats below and Padma Bridge above. At least 400 guests can sit on this stage. The height of the stage is 13 and a half feet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, law and order forces have set up three levels of tight security around the Prime Minister&#8217;s arrival in Khulna and the public meeting at Circuit House grounds. This includes public meeting places, public meeting places, and areas outside public meeting places.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">According to research, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will present 29 mega projects to the people of Khulna before the grand gathering. There are 24 ongoing projects at a cost of Tk 400 crore and five more proposed projects at a cost of Tk 100 crore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Khulna district administration office sources said the notable projects are: 1971: Genocide-torture archive and museum building construction; Civil surgeon office and residence construction; 40 technical training centers in 40 upazilas and one technical training center in Paikgacha upazila; Khulna apprentice training office renovation and modernization work; construction of a 10-story building with a 10-story foundation in Khulna (civil, sanitary, internal road, surface drain, and electrical works); construction of a 10-story women&#8217;s hostel building with a 10-story foundation in Bitak; Khulna center; and construction of registry and sub-registry office buildings in upazila. Construction work of Paikgacha Upazila Subregistry Office building under the project, Shekhertek Ecotourism Center built under the project &#8216;Expansion and Development of Eco-friendly Tourism (Ecotourism) Facilities in Sundarban&#8217;, Academic cum Administrative and Workshop Building of Dumuria Technical School and College, 315.30 meters long on Bhadra River Construction of PC Girder Bridge, Gopalganj, Khulna, Bagerhat, Satkhira, and Pirojpur under the Agriculture Development Scheme (First Revised) at Daulatpur, Khulna Additional Director, Directorate of Agricultural Extension Khulna Region, Khulna Sixth Floor Newly Constructed Building, and Daulatpur Agricultural Training Institute Khulna Fourth Floor Student Hostel on Fourth Floor Foundation, 748.90-meter-long bridge over the Kuruliya River in China In addition, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the foundation stone of five projects, including the construction of a sanitary landfill and the construction of academic, administrative, and workshop buildings at Dighlia Technical School and College under the &#8216;Khulna City Corporation&#8217;s waste management development&#8217; project in the Mathabhanga area of the city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">The General Secretary of the Khulna Metropolitan Awami League, MD A Babul Rana, said that preparations have been made for the gathering of 10 lakh people from 10 districts of Khulna division in a Khulna public meeting. Long before the start of the public meeting, thousands of people will descend on the streets of Khulna metropolis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Earlier, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina came to Khulna on a personal visit on January 6 this year.
