Nagar Reporter:<\/strong> Chittagong Metropolitan, North, and South District BNP has called a morning-evening strike in Chittagong on Sunday (November 5) in protest against the arrest of BNP Standing Committee member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury. Saturday (November 4) in charge of the office of BNP in the city. This information was provided in a circular sent by Idris Ali.<\/p>\n

It is said in the notification that this program will be fully implemented in Chittagong district and metropolis. However, ambulances, vehicles carrying newspapers and journalists, and fire service vehicles will remain exempt from the strike. Besides, a two-day nationwide blockade program called BNP will continue on Sunday and Monday.<\/p>\n

Chittagong morning and evening hartal called for peaceful success: vice chairman of BNP brave freedom fighter Abdullah Al Noman, Mir Md. Nashir Uddin, Chairperson’s Advisor Golam Akbar Khandkar, SM Fazlul Haque, BNP Central Committee Organizing Secretary Mahbuber Rahman Shamim, Chittagong Metropolitan BNP Convener Dr. Shahadat Hossain, Member Secretary Abul Hashem Bakkar, Chittagong South District BNP Convener Abu Sufian, and Senior Joint Convener Enamul Haque Enam.<\/p>\n

The leaders said that the hartal blockade is a program of democratic movement for the realization of people’s rights. This program announced by BNP is a peaceful, people-oriented release of senior leaders and a one-time demand. Various misinformation is being carried out by the government on the basis of this hartal and blockade program.
