Entertainment Desk: ‘My Last Katha’ is based on a true story. The government has banned the exhibition of this movie. Recently, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting issued an order in this regard.
It is said to be produced by Messrs. Savaman Film Media of Eastern Commercial Complex, Kakrail. The appeal was rejected on the ground that Islam Mia’s film ‘Amar Khed Katha’ violated sub-section 4B(1) of the Film Censorship Act of 1963.

He even smuggled his wife abroad.
The film’s hero, Joy Chowdhury, said to the media about the closure of the movie screening, “I have come to know about the order to stop the screening of the movie.
