The new generation should be brought up with this ideal.
He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the discussion meeting organized by the Bangladesh National Democratic League on the afternoon of October 15 at the Bangladesh Shishu Kalyan Parishad Auditorium on the death of famous Bengali poet Asad Chowdhury. Lion Md. Gani Mia Babul, Central President of the Bangabandhu Research Council, spoke as the main speaker at the event. He said poet Asad Chowdhury was an aesthetic and creative person inspired by the ideals of Bangabandhu. He worked for a lifetime to build a non-communal Bangladesh. He was a humble, patriotic, and humanitarian person. He enriched Bengali literature by writing poems, essays, and books on history. He has worked for the welfare of humanity and the development of Bengali literature throughout his life. His works should be spread among new generations. He also said that everyone should work together to develop and spread the native aesthetic culture. In order to prevent social degradation, the reading habits of poet Asad Chowdhury’s writings should be increased.
