Apart from that, even after hearing the news of the accident, he (Mahamudul) did not take the initiative to treat the injured persons. Because of this, Mahamudal has been accused. At the time of the incident. Tarek was sitting in the driver’s side of the pickup van. Instead of rescuing the injured, he instructed the driver to flee quickly. Because of this he has also been accused.
The investigating officer also said that the driver Sahidul deliberately drove the car backwards. He continued coldly. He should have rescued the injured people after the first push and taken them to the hospital or informed the police. But instead of doing that, they ran away after pressing the injured people for the second time, confirming their death. Therefore, a charge sheet of murder under Section 302 of the Penal Code has been filed against him. Apart from this, four more sections of the Road Transport Act were given against him in the charge sheet.
Munni Sushil, who survived the incident, said that when the seriously injured siblings were writhing in pain on the road, the driver brought the car to the rear and hit the injured brothers again, so that all of them died.
