Entertainment Desk: Grammy-winning American rapper and singer Lizzo faces allegations of sexual harassment. The former background dancer has made explosive allegations of sexual, racial, and body shaming against her. Lizzo’s real name is Melissa Vivienne Jefferson. Three former dancers have accused the singer of sexual harassment and body shaming.

Among the accused are the head of the singer’s production company, Big Grill Touring, and Charlene Quighill, the head of her dance team. Dancers Ariana Davis, Noel Rodriguez, and Crystal Williams have filed sexual harassment allegations against the singer’s production company.

According to NBC News, a dancer in the suit claims he was forced to touch a nude performer at a club in Amsterdam in late February. The case is currently pending in Los Angeles County Superior Court. According to Entertainment Tonight, 2021 was when Ariana and Krystal worked on the singer’s reality show ‘Watch Out’. Then Liz’s company fired the two. Noel then went on to work with Lizzo on the music video for the Rumors album in 2022, but he later quit after being harassed by colleagues.

Three women have accused Charlene Quigley in the lawsuit. In the complaint, it is said that he tried to sexually harass them continuously. The dancers also claimed that Lizzo forced the performers to strip naked in those clubs and do nude shoots with them. And they were flogged for failing to do so. The complaints filed by plaintiffs Ariana Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez include multiple allegations of harassment based on gender, religion, race, and disability.

They also claimed that the 35-year-old singer threatened to lose his job if he did not comply with his requests. According to a statement, the way Lizzo and his management team treat their performers is not only illegal but deplorable. Even Mrs. Quigley harassed the dancers into submitting to religious beliefs against their will.
