Dhaka Bureau: Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina is going to Gopalganj on a two-day visit. During this visit, he will participate in several programs including paying homage at Bangabandhu’s mausoleum. Tomorrow Saturday (July 01) at 8 am will leave Ganobhaban for Kotalipara of Gopalganj district by road.
On reaching Kotalipara at 11 am, the Prime Minister will exchange Eid-ul-Azha greetings with the leaders and activists of the party and allied organizations, local public representatives and the general public at the upazila Awami League office.
Also, the Prime Minister will leave for Tungipara upazila from Kotalipara at 4 pm on this day. On reaching Tungipara, he will participate in placing wreaths, reciting Fateha and praying at the tomb of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Later, the Prime Minister will stay at his home in Tungipara.
After exchanging Eid greetings in Tungipara on Sunday morning, rest at home. Then he will leave for Dhaka at 1 pm.
