Dhaka Bureau: The President of Mauritius, Prithviraj Singh Rupan, arrived in Dhaka on a four-day visit. He landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 8:40 a.m. on Thursday (May 11). The Foreign Minister welcomed him at the airport. AK Momen.
Prithviraj Singh Rupan will stay in Bangladesh till May 14. During this period, the government has already issued a notification declaring him an important person under the Special Security Force (SSF) Act. He will stay at the Intercontinental Hotel during the visit.
On the first day of the visit, at 3 p.m., he will pay tribute to the portrait of the Father of the Nation in front of the Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmondi No. 32. Then he will visit the Bangabandhu Memorial.
On the second day of the tour, he will visit Dhakeshwari Temple. He will also visit the Freedom Fighters Museum in Agargaon.
During this visit, he said the Minister of Foreign Affairs AK Abdul Momen and Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment Minister Imran Ahmed will meet. On the third day of the visit, he visited the president. I will have a meeting with Shahabuddin.
It is said that he will leave Dhaka on the evening of May 14.
