The deceased Roshan Ali is the son of the deceased Jalal Ahmed of Camp-13 Block-E/2 of Ukhiyar.
The officer-in-charge (OC) of Ukhia Police Station, Sheikh Mohammad Ali, said that on Saturday afternoon, in front of Majhi Kamal’s tea shop in Block E/2 of Thaingkhali Camp-13 of Ukhia’s Palangkhali UP, seven-eight-armed miscreants shot Sub Majhi Roshan Ali of that block due to prior enmity. He stabbed. He died on the spot.
Sheikh Mohammad Ali said that the police reached the spot and recovered the body. After post-mortem, the body was sent to Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The police officer said that legal measures are being taken in this incident.
