The Prime Minister is going to Japan on April 25

Dhaka Bureau: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is going on a four-day visit to Japan on April 25. Several memorandums of understanding are expected to be signed with the country during this visit.

This information was reported on the Facebook page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday, April 11. It was informed that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will visit Japan from April 25 to 28 at the invitation of Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. The Emperor of Japan will welcome the Prime Minister during the visit. During her visit to the country, Sheikh Hasina will hold a summit with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. The Prime Minister of Japan will host a working dinner in honor of Bangabandhu’s daughter.

During the visit to Japan, the Prime Minister is scheduled to attend an investment summit, several bilateral meetings, and a reception for the Bangladeshi community. The Prime Minister will present the Friends of Liberation War Award to some Japanese citizens.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, several cooperation memoranda are expected to be signed with the country during the visit of the head of government to Japan. It is also expected that friendly relations between the two countries will be strengthened through this visit.
