Own Correspondent: Greater Mymensingh Association, Chittagong’s newly-elected executive committee’s inauguration ceremony, and Iftar mahfil on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
Today, Tuesday, April 11, at Ambrosia Hall of Jiban Bima Bhawan, Agrabad, Chittagong, this inauguration ceremony and Iftar Mahfil were organized on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The event was attended by the chief guest, Md. Jahangir Hossain, General Manager (East), Bangladesh Railway, Chittagong. Zahirul Kabir, Digital Security Tribunal Court (District Judge), Chittagong Court Building, was present as a special guest. Professor Dr. Md. Moazzem Hossain Mia, Chairman (Department of Physical Sciences), University of Chittagong
The program was presided over by Captain Shahidul Islam BN (Retd.), President, Greater Mymenhings Association, Chittagong.
The program was conducted by Engineer Mohammad Shamim, General Secretary, Greater Mymenhings Association, Chittagong.
Md. Jahangir, Convener, Abhishek, and the Iftar Mahfil Organizing Committee led the program.
Khandkar Latikur Rahman Azim, Member-Secretary, Abhishek, and the Iftar Mahfil Organizing Committee were under overall supervision.
In the speech of the chief guest, Jahangir Hossain said, I am very happy to have the people of Mymensingh together in this holy month of Ramadan. In this holy month of Ramadan, I hope that those who will work for the welfare of people will see things from my point of view. I hope everyone will pray for everyone.
Speakers at the inauguration and iftar parties expressed their intention to work for the welfare of the backward and disadvantaged people of the larger Mymensingh population residing in Chittagong.
