Dhaka Bureau: Chief Election Commissioner Kazi Habibul Awal said that 100% fair voting by ballot or EVM is not possible. He said that using an EVM or ballot is not a big challenge in elections. The challenge is the participation of political parties and their healthy democratic culture.

The chief election commissioner said that the commission will ultimately try to ensure that all parties participate in the election. If all the parties participate in the election, it is acceptable to the people.
