Dhaka Bureau: Chief Justice Hasan Faiz Siddiqui has formed 16 benches to conduct judicial work in the High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court. Trials will be conducted in these benches from noon on next Sunday (April 2). In this regard, on Thursday (March 30), a notification was published on the website of the Supreme Court under the direction of Chief Justice Hasan Faiz Siddiqui.
It is said in the directive, I direct that the benches are constituted for conducting the proceedings of the High Court Division from 10:30 AM on Sunday, April 2.
The benches are – Justice Syed Refat Ahmed (single), Justice Md. Ataur Rahman Khan (single), Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Muhammad Mahbub-ul Islam (double bench), Justice Md. Ruhul Quddus (single), Justice Md. Habibul Gani and Justice Ahmed Sohel (Double Bench), Justice Md. Khasruzzaman and Justice Md. Khairul Alam (Double Bench), Justice Md. Akram Hossain Chowdhury and Justice Mohammad Ali (Double Bench), Md. Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice Mohammad Shawkat Ali Chowdhury (Double Bench), Justice KM Kamrul Quader and Justice Khizir Hayat (Double Bench), Justice Md. Jahangir Hossain and Justice Md. Bazlur Rahman (Double Bench), Justice Khizir Ahmed Chowdhury (Single Bench), Justice Md.
