Earthquake in Cox’s Bazar

Cox’s Bazar Representative: An earthquake of magnitude 4.10 was felt in Cox’s Bazar. Abdur Rahman, assistant meteorologist of the Cox’s Bazar regional office of the Meteorological Department, told the media that the earthquake was felt at 4:39 p.m. on Saturday (February 25).

He said, “The earthquake originated inside Myanmar at 20.90 degrees latitude and 92.33 degrees longitude.”

He also said, “The origin of the earthquake is located 377 kilometers south and southeast of Dhaka.”
