Dhaka Bureau: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina paid tribute to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on Jail Murder Day.
On Thursday (November 3) around 7 am, he paid tribute to Bangabandhu’s portrait at 32 Dhanmondi in the capital.
First as the head of the government and later as the president of the Awami League, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina paid her respects along with the leaders and workers of the party. After that, the Prime Minister participated in prayers and prayers in memory of the martyrs at Dhanmondi house number 32.
After the Dhanmondi ceremony, the Prime Minister left for the Banani cemetery to lay wreaths at the tombs of the martyrs of August 15 and the national leaders brutally killed in jail.
Meanwhile, after paying tribute to the Prime Minister at Dhanmondi No. 32, Awami League affiliates, various social, political and cultural organizations also paid tributes with flowers.
