Dhaka Bureau: This year’s SSC and equivalent exams will start on April 30 and continue until May 23. This information was announced in a press release by the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education on Monday, February 20, at noon.
As per the routine, the exam will be held daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Exams will be held on April 30th for Bengali 1st Paper, May 2nd for Bengali 2nd Paper, May 3rd for English 1st Paper, May 7th for English 2nd Paper, May 9th for Mathematics, May 10th for Information and Communication Technology, and May 11th for Religious Education.
Apart from this, physics will be held on May 14, domestic science on May 15, chemistry on May 16, geography and environment on May 17, biology on May 18, science on May 21, accounting on May 22, and Bangladesh and world knowledge on May 23.
According to the decision of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee, the current year’s SSC and HSC examinations will be conducted in all subjects. Each subject will be tested in normal time, or three hours. Creative and Impersonal Questions (MCQs) will remain as before.
Before this, on December 18, candidates started filling out the forms to participate in the SSC examination, which runs until January 5.
