Special Correspondent: BNP will hold a rally tomorrow Saturday at 10 organizational division headquarters. Awami League will also be in the field in all the divisional cities with a counter program like Dhaka. They will counter showdown in response to the showdown of the opposition. Analysts fear conflict in this heated situation.
The team has made extensive preparations for the success of the simultaneous program. District by district responsible leaders are holding yard meetings, preparatory meetings and distributing leaflets. Various initiatives have been taken to involve the people on a large scale in the ongoing movement. BNP is planning a big showdown in Dhaka. The rally will be held at Nayapaltan in the capital on Saturday at 2 pm.
Along with BNP, like-minded parties and alliances will also hold rallies in Dhaka. From the rally, new programs will be announced on various public issues. BNP has already held meetings with various alliances and parties and has taken an opinion on the program. Sources said that they will be finalized and announced from the rally.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that the participation of hardworking people in four marches in Dhaka city was remarkable. The more the government tortures, the stronger the movement will be. Only through this will the final victory be achieved.

BNP leaders said that in order to ensure a large attendance at the rally in Dhaka, extensive campaigning has been carried out in the surrounding districts apart from the metropolis. Leaders, activists and ordinary people will descend on Nayapaltan from these districts. For this, a joint meeting was held at the party’s central office on Thursday. The aim of the divisional assembly is to revive the BNP which has been slightly weakened since last December 10. They said that the organizational strength will be informed again by attending the rally.
If the rally is successful, a target of distribution of 5 to 6 lakh leaflets is taken in each organizational department. To encourage people to join the rally and to inform the people about the party’s demands, marches, pamphlets distribution, road meetings, processions and mass communication have already been done in Unions, Wards, Hatbazars, Neighborhoods. Apart from the local, central leaders of the party have been participating in the campaign for the past few days. The executive member of the party, Abu Nasser Rahmatullah, has been in Barisal for a week and is distributing leaflets and holding preparatory meetings. Organizing Secretary Bilkis Jahan Shirin is coordinating the entire preparation phase of the rally. Syed Emran Saleh Prince is the Acting Office and Central Organizing Secretary in Mymensingh. Every day he is holding meetings, distributing leaflets, trying to make people more active.
Syed Imran Saleh Prince said that the government has imposed a burden on the people by taking anti-people decisions like increasing the prices of electricity, gas and daily commodities. The anger of the people will be expressed in the departmental assembly across the country.

55 political parties including BNP are simultaneously agitating for various demands including the resignation of the government, elections under the caretaker government. Seven-party democracy platform, 12-party alliance, 12-party nationalist alliance, LDP, Jamaat, four-party alliance democratic left unity, Bangladesh People’s Party led by Ganoforum, professional democratic alliance including 15 organizations also announced various programs on Saturday. Among them, Democracy stage at 11:30 am in front of Jatiya Press Club, 12-party alliance in front of Vijaynagar water tank, 12-party nationalist consensus alliance in Paltan, new alliance of Bangladesh People’s Party in front of Notre Dame College in Arambagh, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) in front of central office in Purpanthpath at noon. At 2:30 p.m., the four-party Democratic Left Alliance will hold a rally in front of the Jatiya Press Club and the Professional Democratic Alliance of 15 organizations will hold a rally at Paltan Mor.
