Own Correspondent: A case has been filed naming 11 people and 10 unknown people as accused in the case of vandalism and beating in the project director’s room on the 4th floor of the temporary office building of Chittagong City Corporation in Tiger Pass of the city. Khulshi Thana police have arrested four people in this incident.
After the incident last Sunday night at Khulshi police station, Chasik’s security officer Kamal Uddin filed this case as the plaintiff. Earlier, the attack took place in room 410 of engineer Golam Yazdani, director of the 2.5 billion Tk development project, around 4:15 pm. Those arrested in this incident are Sanjay Bhowmick alias Kangkan, Subhash Majumder, Nazmul Hasan Firoz, and Mahmud Ullah.
Santosh Kumar Chakma, OC of Khulshi Police Station, said that Engineer Md. Ghulam Yazdani’s room was vandalized and a case was filed. Four people involved in this incident have been arrested. In the case, three of them are charged.Another person has been arrested for his involvement in the incident.
According to police information, the accused in Chasik’s case are Sahab Uddin, owner of SJ Traders; Kangkon of Shah Amanat Traders; and Md. of Masud Enterprises. Ferdous, Subhash of Shah Amanat Traders, Habib Ullah Khan of M/s Khan Corporation, Nazim of Nazim & Brothers, Feroze of M/s Rakib Enterprises, Farhad, Yusuf of Iftekhar & Traders, and Ashish Babu of Jyoti Enterprises
