Own Correspondent: On the occasion of the 31st anniversary celebration of Khatak Dalal Nirmul Committee, an organization founded by Martyr Janani Jahanara Imam with the intention of building non-sectarian Bangladesh, Dr. A discussion meeting was held in an open forum adjacent to Khastgir Government Girls High School. The chief guest was the central advisor of the organization, internationally renowned social scientist Professor Dr. Anupam Sen.
Congratulating Nirmul Committee’s cultural squad Jagran on its foundation anniversary, Dr. Anupam Sen said, “During the terrible times after ’75, Shaheed Janani Jahanar Imam revived the forgotten liberation war. Calling upon Jagran to stand on a strong organizational structure, he said, so that it can make an important contribution to spread the thousand-year-old cultural heritage of Bengali against the anti-independence fundamentalist and communal evil forces.
Internationally renowned social scientist Professor Dr. Anupam Sen said, with the help of BNP, the fundamentalist sectarian Jamaat-Shibir clique of 1971 is still roaming in the arena of politics in Mahadarpa and is repeatedly attacking the spirit of the liberation war to make Bangladesh a second Pakistan, to avenge the defeat of 1971. Especially the prevailing culture and tradition of Bengali, which is bright with the spirit of the liberation war, has been endangered by the rampant violence and attacks of militant fundamentalist terrorists.
The special guest was the national coordination committee to eradicate the killer brokers of 1971, Member Secretary of Chittagong, Advocate Ibrahim Hossain Chowdhury Babul, Dr. Mahfuzur Rahman, women leader Noorjahan Khan.
