Raujan Representative: National Youth Day has been celebrated in Raujan, Chittagong through various events. Programs included discussion meetings, youth loans and distribution of crests.
ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury MP, President of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Railway Ministry, gave a virtual chief guest speech in the conference room of Raujan Upazila Parishad on Tuesday morning under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Abdus Samad Sikdar.
Under the supervision of upazila project implementation officer Niaz Morshed, Rauzan upazila chairman Ehechanul Haider Chowdhury Babul, municipality mayor Zamir Uddin Parvez, upazila vice chairman Alhaj Nur Mohammad, agriculture officer Imran Hossain were special guests. Upazila Youth Development Officer Shah E Jahan spoke. At that time, department heads of upazila administration, public representatives, leaders of various organizations were present.
At the end of the discussion meeting, the guests gave crests to eight individuals and organizations including the best youth organizers, youth organizations, youth activists. 16 lakh 60 thousand taka youth loan was distributed to 33 people in the event.
