Bandarban Correspondent: Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) Unit of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested 3 militants along with arms and ammunition from Naikshyongchari in Bandarban.
On Monday (January 9) morning, CTTC Unit Chief Deputy Inspector General of Police Md. Asaduzzaman confirmed this information.
He said that last two days on Saturday (January 7) and Sunday (January 8) CTTC conducted raids in Naikshyongchari area of Bandarban. The 3 militants were arrested along with arms and ammunition in the operation.
The CTTC chief also said that details will be given in a briefing at the media center of DMP.
