Golapganj Correspondent: Bangabandhu’s daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina visited ancestral land. On Saturday (January 7) morning, he visited the ancestral land at Puber Bill of Patgati Union of Tungipara Upazila of Gopalganj.
The lands belonging to the wetlands are under water for 8-9 months of the year. Bangabandhu gave instructions to make these lands suitable for cultivation by cultivating vegetables and other crops on floating beds.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister urged the countrymen to cultivate all the uncultivated fallow lands across the country. Not even an inch of land should be left empty anywhere.
