President of the organization Bir Muktijoddha Professor Dr. Advocate Yusuf Hossain Humayun, Member of Bangladesh Awami League Advisory Council, Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury, Presidium Member of Bangladesh Awami League, Maya Bir Bikram MP, Presidium Member Mr. Advocate Kamrul Islam MP, Women Affairs Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League, Jahanara Begum spoke at the event presided over by Abdul Chowdhury. Former General Secretary of Metropolitan South Awami League Shahe Alam Murad, General Secretary of Bangmata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Parishad Abdus Salam Mridha, Member of Bangladesh Awami Jubo League Central Executive Committee Manik Lal Ghosh, General Secretary of Bangabandhu Cultural Alliance Arun Sarkar Rana, President of Bangabandhu Law Student Council and Bangmata Parishad Organizing Secretary Selimur Rahman. Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya Bir Bikram said that BNP had conspired on December 10, but failed in that conspiracy. Even though they failed, they still continue to plot. We will fight the Jamaat-BNP conspiracy from the streets. Bangladesh will implement Vision 2041 under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina. Therefore, Sheikh Hasina must come back to power for the development of Bangladesh.
Advocate Kamrul Islam said, the development progress of Bangladesh that started during the Bangabandhu government after independence stopped after the assassination of Bangabandhu on August 15, 1975. Jamaat-BNP anti-independence clique destroys development progress. Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina took the development progress of Bangabandhu to the desired goal. So Bangladesh today has turned from a developing country into a middle income country. Only Sheikh Hasina can take Bangladesh to the right destination. Therefore, Sheikh Hasina’s government is needed again and again.
The speakers said that the journey of development that started after independence with the hand of Bangabandhu has been completed today through the Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. The dream of the people of Bangladesh for a non-communal, poverty-free and prosperous life achieved through the liberation war in exchange of an ocean of blood has been realized by the honorable Prime Minister. Anti-independence groups are plotting against the government. Jamaat must stand against BNP conspiracy at any cost.
