Dhaka Bureau: The government has appointed Senior Secretary of Local Government Department Mohammad Mezbah Uddin Chowdhury as Senior Secretary of Ministry of Public Administration.
The Ministry of Public Administration informed the matter by issuing a notification on Monday (October 31).
Mohammad Mezbah Uddin Chowdhury was serving as secretary of local government department from May 22 this year. He was promoted to senior secretary on October 27.
Mohammad Mezbah Uddin Chowdhury joined Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration) Cadre in 1991. He started his career as Assistant Commissioner in Barisal District Commissioner’s office.
