Dhaka Bureau: The date of this year’s Deputy Commissioner (DC) conference has been decided. The three-day conference will begin on January 24. It will end on January 26.
After fixing the date of the conference, the related file has been sent from the Prime Minister’s Office to the Cabinet Department. This information is known from the cabinet department.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the Deputy Commissioner (DC) conference. After that, the working sessions will be held at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium.
The top officials at the field level i.e. the DCs get a direct meeting and guidance from the Prime Minister in this conference. This time also they will meet the President, Speaker and Chief Justice.
Instructions have been given from the Cabinet Department to form a committee, determine the scope of work and send a time-bound checklist for the purpose of organizing the District Administrator Conference-2023.
In this regard, it is said that with the joint efforts of all concerned, committee formation, scope of work and timed checklist have been prepared with the aim of organizing this conference properly. Necessary action is requested to be taken by the concerned sub-committee as per the checklist prepared.
