The Crime Desk: The new price of LP gas has been announced for the month of April. The price of a 12-kg cylinder has been kept unchanged at Tk 1,450 for this month.
The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) announced the new price on Sunday. The new price will be effective from this evening.
The BERC chairman said that the price of 12 kg of LPG has been kept unchanged at Tk 1,450 for the month of April. In addition, the price of autogas has been reduced by 2 paisa, from Tk 66.43 to Tk 66.41.
Earlier, in March, the price of a 12 kg cylinder of LP gas at the consumer level was reduced by Tk 28, from Tk 1,478 to Tk 1,450.
In addition, on March 3, the price per liter of autogas was increased by Tk 1.31 to Tk 66.41, including VAT. In addition, in February, the price of autogas per liter was increased by 89 paise to Tk 67.74, including VAT.
