The Crime Desk: A symbolic ‘Black Out’ will be observed across the country to celebrate Genocide Day on March 25. The symbolic program will be observed across the country from 5am to 5pm that night. However, the KPI and emergency establishment will be free from the program.
The information was released in a press release on Sunday (March 27th) of the Liberation War Affairs Ministry.
