The Crime Desk: The 11th Bangladesh-US Bilateral Military Dialogue is beginning today, Wednesday, in Hawaii, USA. The dialogue will continue until December 12. The Inter-Services Public Relations Directorate said that a military delegation from Bangladesh will participate in the military dialogue.
The Bangladesh delegation will be led by Brigadier General Md. Alimul Amin, Director General of the Operations and Planning Directorate of the Armed Forces Division.
It is to be noted that this military dialogue is very important for the mutual military cooperation of the two countries. In addition, various issues of military cooperation between the two countries will be discussed in this dialogue. The dialogue will discuss the issues of ensuring global and regional security, issues related to technology, defense equipment, disaster management, peacekeeping activities, training, inspections, joint exercises and drills, workshops, and other areas, and increasing mutual cooperation. In addition to the army, navy and air force, the delegation includes high-level officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Bangladesh Coast Guard.
