The Crime Desk: BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has said that if India demands Chittagong, Bengal, Bihar, and Orissa will have to be returned. It will not be done by making a loud noise. The people of Bangladesh are ready to resist Delhi’s aggression. He said that what India is doing to bring back Sheikh Hasina is aggression.
There is no such precedent in the world. India is trying to mislead the world by spreading false propaganda from Delhi to Kolkata.
He said these things before the march towards the Indian Embassy in Nayapaltan on Sunday (December 8) morning by the Jubo Dal, Swechchhasebak Dal, and Chhatra Dal.
The BNP leader said, ‘India is trying to make the existing situation worse by closing the border with hatred.
The result of this will not be good for India. The neighboring country is trying to sabotage it every moment. If India demands Chittagong, Bengal, Bihar, and Orissa will have to be returned. It will not be done by making loud noises.
The people of Bangladesh are ready to resist Delhi’s aggression. He said, 180 million people of the country are ready to resist Delhi’s hegemony.’
Rizvi said, ‘Our program is peaceful. We will carry out this march in an orderly manner. India is conspiring in various ways; we are in favor of peace. India is not in a good mood. Because they do not have Bhutan, Nepal. No one can be friends with them. Now they are conspiring against Bangladesh too.’
Raising the issue of stopping visas from India, the senior joint secretary general of BNP said, ‘There is no benefit. India has benefited us by stopping visas. Dollars will not be laundered. A lot of money used to go to and from India. Now no money will go. And if we do not provide consumer goods, the people of the country will work harder and produce crops. Our reserves will increase. We have benefited from this.’
Indicating that people in India are looking for Bangladeshi hilsa, Rizvi said, ‘Everyone is looking for our delicious hilsa. Why do they take hilsa? In fact, India always spreads hatred. They cannot tolerate Bangladesh.’
Rizvi also said, ‘India will not be able to tarnish the harmony and brotherhood by falsely stigmatizing Bangladesh. The fire is burning against unfair and unjust propaganda, against aggression. They are trying to drown it out with various propaganda. The hospitals in Kolkata are closed. There are no patients there. India does not even have 40 percent sanitization. What is India boasting about?’
The BNP leader also said, ‘India got Sheikh Hasina because it does not have politics. Sheikh Hasina, who kept the people of the country captive, has supported Hasina for 15 years.’
