The Crime Desk: The process of obtaining a visa to travel to Mexico has become easier for Bangladeshi citizens. The Mexican government has increased the visa application facilities.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, under the newly announced facility, Bangladeshi citizens can now submit their visa applications at any Mexican embassy or consulate in the Asia-Pacific region or anywhere else in the world.
It is worth noting that earlier, Bangladeshi citizens had to contact the Mexican embassy in Delhi to apply for a visa.
Mexican immigration regulations allow visitors from all countries to enter for up to 180 days without a Mexican visa, provided that they have a valid passport and a valid visa from Canada, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, or any country in the Schengen area.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that this facility is expected to increase communication, increase trade and investment, and increase cultural exchange and greater communication between Bangladesh and Mexico.
