The Crime Desk: The court has banned the emigration of the chairman of S Alam Group along with his family members. The court of Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Mohammad Assamach Jaglul Hossain gave this order in view of ACC’s application on Monday (October 7).
S Alam Group chairman Saiful Alam, wife Farzana Parveen, and 12 members of his family have been banned from leaving the country. Others banned from leaving the country are Saiful Alam’s son Ashraful Alam, son Ahsanul Alam, brother Morshedul Alam, brother Sahidul Alam, brother Rashedul Alam, brother Abdus Samad, brother Abdus Samad’s wife Shahana Ferdous, brother Osman Gani, Osman Gani’s wife Farzana Begum, brother Mohammad Abdullah Hasan, and unidentified Mishkat Ahmed.
ACC said. Noor-e-Alam petitioned for a ban on their emigration. ACC public prosecutor Mir Ahmed Ali Salam heard the matter. After the hearing, the court gave this order.
