Cox’s Bazar Correspondent: RAB arrested murderer Ali Hossain (23) in the case of a brother-in-law’s murder in Cox’s Bazar’s Ramu. He was arrested from Teknaf tourist market last Tuesday around 3 o’clock. Arrested Ali Hossain Ramu is the son of Nurul Haque of Chainda Khondkar neighborhood of Mithachari Union. According to RAB, Babul Hossain’s younger brother used to consume drugs regularly in Chainda Khonderpara, Ramur. On July 16, his elder brother Babul Hossain asked Ali Hossain to go home after seeing him drunk after taking drugs at Chainda station. He gets angry with his elder brother and behaves badly. Later, on the way home alone, elder brother Babul Hossain was hacked with a sharp weapon in the dark, and Ali Hossain went into hiding. Later he was rescued and taken to Kangbazar Sadar Hospital, where the doctor on duty declared him dead. This incident created a lot of excitement in the area.
RAB started an operation to arrest the killer along with the shadow investigation after the murder. The killer Ali Hossain was arrested on the basis of secret information on Tuesday in the tourist market area of Teknaf. During the interrogation, the murderer Ali Hossain confessed that he had killed his elder brother Babul Hossain with his own hands.
