Extortion will not continue by capitalizing on students’ revolution: Hasnat Abdullah

Nagar Reporter: Anti-discrimination student movement coordinator Hasnat Abdullah said that capitalizing on the student revolution, many people are extorting and tendering. This cannot be allowed to continue.

He made this comment at an exchange meeting organized by the anti-discrimination student movement at Laldighi Maidan in Chittagong City on Sunday (September 8).

Hasnat Abdullah said the movement in Dhaka was about to stop in the middle. At that time, the movement again gained momentum from Chittagong. Chittagong poa medi paille loa. So the boys of Chittagong cannot be suppressed. We will work together. We were united in times of crisis; we must remain united.

He said that it did not take any coordinator to make a strong movement against the dictatorial government. No coordinator is needed yet. In Chittagong from now on, everyone is coordinator, and everyone is co-coordinator.

Hasnat Abdullah said the ghosts of dictatorship are still not sitting. The minions of fascism have scared us of communal riots. But this was not possible and is not possible. After the fall of the government whenever there was a fear of attack on the temple. Then madrasa students guarded the temple. The friends of fascism want to come back in various guises. But we must be one. We were not afraid of bullets. In Chittagong, many people have been martyred in front of police-Chhatra League bullets. Still didn’t budge.

He said, I am telling the police brothers to return to work. Those who are guilty will be punished. Don’t lose all police DBs. We will support those who are good police.

Earlier, students started gathering at Laldighi Maidan from noon on Sunday, as previously announced. The discussion session started around 4:30 in the afternoon. Khan Talat Mahmud Rafi, coordinator of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, Chittagong, spoke.
