The names of 65 people, including the leaders and workers of the organization, were named as accused. Another 50/60 people have been made anonymously accused.
According to the statement of the case, on the evening of August 5, the husband of the plaintiff, Taslima Begum, the rickshaw puller Mohammad Jamal Molla, was seriously injured in the firing of the named and unknown miscreants inside the street of the raw market at the Triveni intersection of the municipal area. At that time, the locals rescued him and admitted him first to the Upazila Health Complex and later to the Chittagong Medical College Hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment.
