Entertainment Desk: Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s elder brother, Ayazuddin, has been arrested. He was arrested by the Budhana police station in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, on charges of cheating.
According to a DNA report, there is a long-standing dispute with a man named Javed Iqbal over Ayazuddin’s agricultural land. Allegedly, a letter from the DM Court was submitted to the concerned department on December 12, 2023. Where it is claimed, ongoing disputes over land have been resolved. Ayazuddin also claimed that this order was issued by the DM Court on December 8, 2023.
The local police started an investigation when Ayazuddin’s letter became suspicious. It is known that the DM Court has not issued any such order. In other words, in this case, Ayazuddin misled the concerned department with a fake letter. Basically, he was arrested on the basis of this complaint.
A case was registered against Ayazuddin and Javed Iqbal on the orders of the District Magistrate in March this year. The case has been filed under sections 420, 467, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
After the news of Ayazuddin’s arrest came to light, force was being exercised. When Nawazuddin was contacted by the media to talk about this, he refused to comment.
