The Crime Desk: Freed from the grip of Somali pirates, the Bangladeshi ship MV Abdullah left for the country with 23 crew members. The ship left the United Arab Emirates port for Chittagong on Tuesday (April 30) early in the in the morning.
Some of the ship’s crew said the ship left Mina Saqqara port around 2 a.m. UAE time after finishing loading limestone for import.
About 56 thousand tons of limestone have been loaded from that port.
Confirming the departure of the ship from Mina Sakaar, KSRM Group media advisor Mizanul Islam said that it may take two weeks for the ship to reach Chittagong.
After the release, the ship arrived at Al Hamria port in the United Arab Emirates on April 22 to unload coal. From there, Mina went to Sakaar port on Saturday to import limestone.
